This includes:
- A 8 week engagement
- 8 x 50 minute coaching sessions (virtual)
- A personalized competency mapping session
- Analysis of personality assessment to leverage strengths and identify blind spots
- Reasonable support in-between scheduled coaching sessions via emails and 10 minute phone calls
